You are the right candidate for CLASSROOM CO-TEACHER if...

• You believe children are strong and able. 
• You respect and value children. 
• You want to build close relationships with families.
• You believe in an emergent/play based curriculum
• You are eager to learn and apply new practice. 
• You ideally have a degree in early education, family and child studies, child development or a closely related field.
• You preferably have at least two years experience with children 0-60 months old.
• You have some familiarity with the Reggio approach.
• You have solid communication skills.
• You are able to work closely and effectively with partner teachers.
• You can work M-F from 8:45-1:30. We follow Hamilton County holiday closures, offer competitive pay, and paid holidays.
